We are currently looking for an experienced Trouble Shooter Technician to support our client - rolling stock projects during commissioning, warranty, and product introduction phases.Your Role
You will be responsible for troubleshooting products at customer sites to ensure fleet availability, reliability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting, investigation, and repairs during PI, pre-warranty, and commissioning phases;
Execute fleet checks and testing procedures;
Support field modifications and technical investigations;
Provide technical expertise to subcontractors and project teams;
Support customer satisfaction through proactive technical recommendations.
Requirements
Strong technical troubleshooting experience (mechanical or electrical/electronic);
Solid field experience;
Knowledge of EHS and railway safety standards;
Product knowledge and failure analysis capability;
English – mandatory.
