For one of our clients – an international production company, we are looking for a motivated professional for the key role of:

Procurement Manager

The role:

- Coordinating a team of 3-6 buyers/ purchasing specialists and coordinating the purchasing activity of the team;
- Providing proximity management for the acquisition team;
- Recruiting, training, evaluation, and supervision of the subordinate team;
- Ensuring the transfer of tasks to team members and problem-solving support;
- Analyzing the team results and reporting the results to the top management;
- Motivating and propose actions to achieve the objectives/ targets set.

We expect:

- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an international company;
- Master or Bachelor degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Economics, etc);
- Experienced with project management, supply chain management and contract management of international suppliers;
- Strong analytical thinking, ability to view situations on both a large and small scale;
- Fluent in Bulgarian and English and excellent PC skills;
- Strong team player.
