ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
The RPA designer is responsible for the RPA implementation in the organization by supporting the end-to-end process automation and hands-on development of the automated solutions to deliver business efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with SMEs and CPI team to order to prioritize, design and deploy process automations
Hands-on development of end-to-end process automation, including process and technical design, robot development, unit testing, debugging, user acceptance testing, go-live and maintenance
Support SMEs with creating and maintaining process designs and documentation
Monitor RPA performs to ensure compliance with business requirements and standards
Define systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation
Deliver business efficiency and quality via automation
Take action to remedy unexpected trends, issues in a timely manner and when appropriate escalates to management

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?:
University degree in Technical or Business domain
Understanding of workflow-based logic, ability to interpret a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize it as an automated solution
Critical and analytical thinking
Ability to challenge status quo proven by solid improvement projects track record
Solid communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Experience in creating and managing technical documents (operating procedures, flexible procedures, etc)
Strong knowledge and experience with ERP, preferable SAP, VBA and advanced excel is essential
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
