Some of your tasks would include:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies;
- Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives
- Lead the sales force team members in order to achieve long-term successful results;
- Establish productive and professional relationships;
- Logistic processes and supply;
- Strong relationship with the customers and key partners;
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions;
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.

Skills and experience we need:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering field;
- 5+ years of experience on a similar position;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Previous experience with SAP is an advantage;
- Organizational skills, Team management skills;
- Experience in multicultural company;
- Opportunity to travel in the country and abroad.
