Описание и изисквания:
Currently we are looking to employ a QUALITY ENGINEER PLASTICS to join our Plastics BU team.

In charge of: Quality Assurance Operators Plastics and Plastics Quality technicians
Main Deliverables:
• Organizing and being actively involved in SPC, PPAP, FMEA, QRQC activities and analysis for the projects/products that he/she is responsible for;
• Participation in the design and implementation of new products as well as in the process validation on the production lines;
• Preparation and compiling of all necessary documentation that must be submitted to the customer(s);
• Customer claims handling, root cause analysis, suggesting and implementing corrective actions by defining and coordinating a team of specialists;
• Preparation of regular reports/analysis on scrap rate, level of defects and customer claims;
• Interaction with customers and sub-suppliers on quality issues from project startup until the end of the product lifecycle;
• Involved in the training process of plastics operators regarding defining and clarifying of quality criteria;
• Responsible for a group of quality operators and plastics quality technicians – monitoring of their performance and work schedules, preparing clear and specific work instructions for their daily tasks;
• Acting as internal auditor within the company and as an active participant during external customer audits;
• Right to declare emergency on the shopfloor in case of non-conformity, analyses of non-conformities;

Requirements:
• Engineering Degree – Mechanical or Chemical Engineering;
• Good command of English language – oral and written;
• Willingness to work in a highly demanding environment (extensive internal and external communication);
• To be able to acquire and analyze data using appropriate standard quantitative methods;
• Autonomous (including fast adaptation and willingness for self-training);
• Computer literacy – MS Excel and MS Word;
• Knowledge on quality systems - ISO 9001, IATF 16949 – considered an advantage;
• Internal auditor qualification – considered a plus;
• Relevant professional experience in a plastic molding/injection production environment is a serious advantage.
