Our client is a company, specialized in the construction of industrial buildings, logistics centers, commercial facilities and renewable energy sources.
For them, we are looking for an experienced and motivated person to join the team in Plovdiv as a Site Manager.

Main duties:

Coordinating the work carried out;
Building commercial relationships with subcontractors and suppliers;
Making measurements and cost estimates for the needs of conducted works;
Implementation of the project in accordance with the adopted budget;
Preparation of work schedules;
Verification of compliance of works with the project and concluded contract;
Cooperation with the investor and its representatives.

Basic requirements:

Academic degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
Building qualifications for managing construction works;
Professional experience in similar roles;
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD;
Good knowledge of English;
Ability to organize own work and cooperation in a team;
Commitment and consistency in achieving goals;
Driving license category B.
