Quality Control Specialist


Mission of the role:

As a Quality Control Specialist you will be responsible for the overall support quality of the Global Data-In team. You will assist the team managers in increasing the support quality and provide the best possible service to GfK's internal customers, based on predefined KPIs, rules and extensive and productive trainings.

You will...
Do regular quality checks of support tickets
Do regular quality check of data processing scripts, making sure that they are implemented according to the requirements
Prepare monthly individual and team scorecards
Train new joiners
Maintain a Quality Control documentation
Maintain an on-boarding documentation, all new processes and procedures should be updated accordingly
Maintain a knowledge platform and actively share gained knowledge

You have...
University degree or relevant experience
Basic knowledge and/or experience in any object-oriented programming (OOP) language
Experience on a support role will be considered as an advantage
Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills
Ability to communicate and translate complex information into simpler, common language
Strong attention to details
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Familiar with MS Office
