Now we are growing and we are looking for a motivated and energetic person to join us on the position of

Recruitment Consultant

Main responsibilities:

- Manage and facilitate the full life cycle of the recruitment processes with respect of the client needs and candidates profiles and expectations;
- Conducts screening, selection and interviews with potential candidates for different positions and industries;
- Prepare and publish adverts, search and pro-actively connect with and attract candidates to Manpower brand, choosing the best channels to reach specific auditoria;
- Candidate database and feedback management;
- Provide support and participate in company local and national projects;
- Develop existing client base and identify new business opportunities;
- Ensure that the services delivered to our clients are in alignment with Manpower’s high corporate quality standards;

Candidate Profile:

- High education degree;
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment; Previous background in recruitment company is an advantage;
- Very good command of business English;
- Very good computer literacy;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Result oriented person with pro-active approach, great sense of responsibility and commitment to the job;
- Positive, energetic personality with can-do attitude;
- Driving License, cat.B will be considered as advantage;
