Function Description: The Contact Center Agent is responsible for managing the entire Procure to Pay (P2P) process for purchases assigned to them. This involves interpreting customer requests, obtaining quotations, negotiating terms, placing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery. The role also includes providing support, administrative follow-up, and invoicing. Agents play a crucial role in maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and ensuring first-call resolution for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Interpret client briefings and specifications.
Request quotations and negotiate quality, price, payment terms, delivery time, and packaging.
Place orders and manage procurement processes.
Perform administrative follow-up and process orders in the purchasing software system.
Handle invoicing tasks.
Customer Relationship Management:
Achieve first-call resolution in communications with clients.

Requirements:
Fluency in Swedish OR German OR Spanish OR French OR Italian (C1-C2);
Good command of English is required.
Familiarity with purchasing processes is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Monday to Friday, 10:30 am EET to 7:00 pm EET. No weekend work.
Hybrid option after the 3rd month
