Your Role: Customer Service Representative
You will be the voice of Europe's leading media and entertainment company, ensuring every customer interaction is outstanding. With your positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and computer proficiency, you’ll be a key player in our team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering top-notch customer support over the phone (around 40 calls a day)
Focusing on customer needs and providing the best solutions
Resolving issues while enhancing customer experiences
Seizing all opportunities to maximize revenue during customer interactions

What You Bring to the Table:
Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
Strong problem-solving abilities
Basic computer literacy
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn new skills, and a strong work ethic
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
