For one of our trusted clients - a world leader in railway transport systems and digital mobility solutions, we are looking for motivated and ambitious person to join their team as an Industrial Quality Responsible for strategic project with significance on national level.

You will be looking after:

 The technical quality control for production process and product in conformity with the applicable regulations
 Qualitative acceptance of the products purchased from the suppliers
 Implementation and functioning of the control plans as well as the self-control plans
 Application of the APSYS quality means

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Participation in the process of assessment and selection of suppliers as well as in the control and acceptance activity together with the customer, solving any claim referring to the quality of the products and services supplied;
• Participation in the definition, implementation of control plans and auto-control plans and monitoring their enforcement;
• Participation in the warranty term treatment process and in the committees for the investigation of railway events;
• Participation in the analysis and follow up of the product/process non-conformities;
• Participation in tests, verifications and homologations/agreement of products and services;
• Participation together with the Engineering department to the follow up in operation of products which are in process of homologation;
• Ensures incoming inspection process for purchased products (mounted on the train) used in the maintenance processes, certifying its conformity with the related documentation;
• Perform process/workstation audits according to the established rules and verify the capability of the main production equipment within such audits or whenever they find a deviation;
• Participation in the resolution of customer claims referring to the quality of products and services supplied (including CONQ);
• Ensure the implementation of quality standards and tools in line with the quality strategy;
• Participate, provide and support the knowledge transfer for the process integration of the Quality Module of RAIL-SYS;
• Provide and support training to achieve process QMP Quality as trainer;
• Weekly follow-up together with workshop/depot manager QRQC status;
• Provide support to Metrologic responsible to monitor equipment and measurement devices in all workshops and depots.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Upper technical school;
• Professional experience of minimum 5 years in the operational/ industrial/ quality control field;
• Knowledge of quality control, mounting and testing methods;
• Knowledge of the legislation and normative documents in force;
• English language - advanced level;
• Romanian language knowledge will be a plus;
• Statistic Techniques;
• Problem solving techniques;
• Technical knowledge in the domain of services provided by the organization;
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Power Point, Microsoft Project
