We are searching for a bright individual to join us as Automation QA Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical development of automation projects and will also take care of the hiring and career development of Automation QAs.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Automation QAs
Participate in the hiring and training of the team
Act as the lead in root cause analysis work in complex software and data issues
Support and drive the Automation Framework by developing test suites with automation tools
Support and drive the Automation Framework/Maturity Models in collaboration with the development teams early in the development phase to create/perform automated testing
Lead testing initiatives
Monitor multiple automation projects and lend support when needed
Conduct code reviews to ensure successful technical execution
Act as the lead in root cause analysis work in complex software and data issues
Provide support regarding escalations

Required skills
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming languages
Expert knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and QA processes
Knowledge of databases, algorithms, and data structures
Experience with source control systems and workflow
Great skills with the development, maintenance, and execution of manual and automated test suites
Previous experience in mentoring people
Excellent English language skills
