They are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with Turkish or Russian to join their NEW NON-VOICE Project, no interaction with clients.
Main Responsibilities:
Reviews the quality of the work and the performance of the support team;
Monitors and ensures that the issues and cases are effectively and timely managed and resolved;
Identifies training needs and provides feedback and coaching regarding the case handling to the agents.

This would be the right role for you if you:
Have excellent verbal and written Russian or Turkish language (C1/C2 Level);
Minimum 1 year previous experience on a similar role in a BPO industry;
Very good English level (B2 Level);
Good knowledge of Excel;
Ability to work in dynamic environment;
Minimum High-School diploma.
