Our client is a manufacturing and trading company with activities in Europe and China. In connection with their customers’ growing demands, they have opened a branch in Bulgaria, so we are looking for a motivated person to be assigned as a Quality Controller.

Some of the tasks would include:
Ensuring that bulk production is done according to the quality standards set by the customers and in a timely manner;
Working in close cooperation with the merchandisers;
Conducting in line and final inspection during bulk production at the suppliers;
Planning and balance bulk production from yarn and knitting order placements to on-time delivery of complete garments;
Advising on knitting machine capabilities and yarn/trims/stitches technical complexity;
Resolving quality issues.

The ideal candidate would have:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in fully-fashioned knitwear manufacturing and quality control;
Excellent technical knowledge of knitwear (yarns, machines, knitting, linking, washing, ironing and quality issues);
Problem-solver, creative, hands-on, eye for detail and striving for excellence in quality;
Flexible to travel in the country;
Fluent in Bulgarian and English.
