For one of our trusted clients - we are looking for:

CONSTRUCTION TEAM LEAD - PRODUCTION LINE

Main responsibilities:
- Execution of the necessary engineering tasks and projects, according to the international standards and procedures of the company;
- Performing various engineering works on planning and design of machines, equipment, systems and processes;
- Coordination and organization of the work process between the engineering teams on site and those located in Germany;
- Understands customer requirements and gives recommendations on product design;
- Takes full responsibility for the performance of the team of engineers entrusted to him;
- Responsible for the initial training of new team members.

Requirements:
- Higher education - specialty mechanical engineer or mechatronics engineer;
- Mandatory production experience - minimum 5 years, of which at least 2 in a managerial position;
- Excellent command of English (German will be an advantage);
- Extensive 3D-CAD experience (ideally SolidWorks);
- Excellent ability to work in a team and complete tasks on time.
