We are looking for a motivated, analytical and creative thinking candidate to join our Product and Services team on the position B2B Senior Specialist.

Responsibilities of Senior Specialist
• Launch, manage and develop B2B fixed broadband and professional data services (L2 VPN, IP VPN, cloud, data center services)
• Create products specification together with business requirements for the new developments
• Co-ordinate implementation of products between network and IT, customer service and sales team to ensure a launch on time, in budget and to specifications
• Support B2B services growth by helping determine areas of improvement, new features and improving customer UX
• Conduct UAT scenarios to ensure all requirements from the user perspective are deployed
• Participate in business case definition and campaign profitability
• Maintain good knowledge on B2B telecom services and products: analyze technology and market conditions, competitor situation & regulation
• Monitoring performance, setting and following-up the KPIs
• Coordinate activities across the organization, work collaboratively and coordinate cross functionally with other units

Respective candidate should cover the following requirements
• University Degree in Business/Telecommunications /Economics/Finance/Technical/IT
• 3-5 years of relevant telecom experience in B2B Product Development of Fixed Broadband and professional data services
• Good knowledge of networking principles and telecommunication protocols will be considered as an advantage
• Practical knowledge of product and project management, G2M process and service lifecycle
• Solid experience in:
- Offers and Promotions
- Pricing
• Strong in P&L, RoI and the following analysis:
- Revenue vs. target, budget
- Product/ campaign Budgets
• Technical knowledge and experience in Service design is a great plus
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Excellent level of English – written and verbal
