Hardware Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
Monitor, diagnose and troubleshoot Digital Signage software, hardware, network level 2 issues;
Provide hardware guidance for the company;
Build company’s technical knowledge base;
Performs research on provided technology;
Learn about the project and client specifics and processes;
Lead technical on-site interventions;
Provide remote technical support to our international clients via phone and e-mail.
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master Degree;
Knowledge of assigned company hardware system platforms;
You have strong time management and organizational skills;
Ability to configure, evaluate, upgrade, repair, test and troubleshoot quickly;
Experience with: Windows 10, Mac, Android, company- UX, Linux, etc.
Passion for technology and learning;
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
