Our client is a leading telecommunication services provider with a strong presence on the Bulgarian market. For their constantly growing engineering team, we are currently searching for a:

Senior IP Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Engineering, planning and operation of the internal IP/MPLS backbone and its services;
• Configuring Level 2 and Level 3 services;
• Analyzing alarms, system logs and statistics to guarantee ongoing operational safety and system reliability;
• Implementing system tests;
• Preparing reports of network data and statistics in order to ensure the timely and efficient network development;

Requirements:

• University degree in IT / engineering / telecommunications
• 5+ years of professional experience with IP technology;
• Professional knowledge of routing and switching (IP/MPLS, BGP, ISIS, VPLS);
• Previous experience in working with CISCO or Nokia networking devices is an advantage;
• Basic knowledge of script-programing (e.g., Python / Java Script) would be considered an advantage;
• Networking certificate (e.g., CISCO CCNP) would be considered an advantage;
• Fluent English.
