Our client is a global telecommunications service provider with a strong presence on the Bulgarian market. For their constantly growing international team, we are currently searching for a:

Big Data Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Install, patch, upgrade and monitor of analytical systems and solutions;
• Develop scripts for the optimization of our processes;
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors for HW, OS, and SW issues;
• Be responsible for user and license management of our systems and solutions;
• Be on call on a rotation basis.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience on a similar position;
• Experience with Windows or/and Linux on a power user level;
• Experience with writing simple shell scripts;
• Experience with Cloudera (HDFS, Spark, Kafka);
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Qlikview is a plus;
• Experience with UC4 would be considered as an advantage;
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment;
• Fluent in English
