Manpower also provides a range of staffing solutions, engagement and consulting services worldwide.We are currently looking for someone with experience for one of our clients, who will take the challenge for the position of:
Junior Process Engineer
Main responsibilities:
Developing of new production processes and standardization
Analyses and improvement of production processes leading to loss reductio;
Implementation of Lean tools (5S, 5 Why analysis);
Losses analysis – Overall Equipment Efficiency, Labour efficiency, Overconsumption, Changeover reduction;
Preparation of work instructions;
Creation of operational routing, assigning materials and work centre in SAP;
Training of operators to production process and work standards;
Improvement of current processes;
KAIZEN improvements.
Requirements:
Engineering University Degree;
Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal.
Experience in operations and production process / Lean manufacturing /;
Computer and SAP skills;
Leadership, organizational skills and pro-active attitude.
