Currently we offer the opportunity to join the team of Our Client, a technology company, and grow up with them on the position:

Automation Support Specialist
with German or English

You will be responsible for:
Provide excellent customer service support.
Provide support to field technicians servicing robots in the field.
Take action on customer calls, which could include interacting with associates and management, to remotely correct issues, and communicate with the next level of support if needed.
You will define customer account issues and lead cross-functional team to develop, execute and monitor action plan via remote tools.

You have proven troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving and strong customer service skills.
The combination of technical know-how, interpersonal communication, a strong sense of initiative and a drive to support partner solutions will be critical.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Design, Automation, Industrial Engineering or college equivalent
Fluent in English or German is a must.
2-3 years of professional experience in an engineering company
Analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
