QUALITY ENGINEER
JOB ROLE:
∙ Preparation of dimensional control templates of extrusion for the existing and new projects;
∙ Implementation of Mitutoyo measuring software at the presses;
∙ Daily statistical analysis of the performance of the dies in terms of product quality;
∙ Daily analysis and overview of the aging ovens and extrusion temperature graphs;
∙ Analysis of extrusion failures and preparation of statistical analysis in excel;
∙ Continues improvement of our measurement and sampling methods;
∙ Investigation of the root cause of the customer claims.
REQUIREMENTS:
∙ University Degree – Machining Engineer or relevant;
∙ Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
∙ Able to read and understand 2D and 3D drawings;
∙ Basic knowledge of AutoCAD;
∙ English level (at least B2);
∙ Previous experience will be an advantage.
