Responsibilities:
Coordinating and supervising of negotiation, design and construction process of new stores;
Opening new stores in line with planned time schedule and budget;
Developing preliminary investment budget;
Collecting project documentation and information required to launch design process;
Coordinating design process;
Supervision over the project in accordance with lease agreements;
Technical and financial verification of subcontractor offers;
Formal and financial settlement of the projects.
Requirements:
Engineering or Architecture (preferably Civil Engineering or similar) degree, or technical; knowledge and experience in construction projects;
Fluency in Bulgarian and English languages,;
4 years experience in project management, construction management and supervision;
Fluency in reading technical drawings;
Driving license;
Travel flexibility.
