Currently we offer the opportunity to join the team of Our Client, a technology company, and grow up with them on the position:

Automation Support Specialist
with German
(Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Remotely monitor and correct issues using proprietary cloud-based virtual reality remote control tool.
Take action on customer calls, which could include interacting with associates and management, to remotely correct issues, and communicate with the next level of support if needed.
Provides excellent customer service support.
Provide support to field technicians servicing robots and machines in the field.
Works closely with Project Management and Engineering to understand and develop application solutions, and then successfully execute the application.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Systems Design, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or college equivalent.
Fluent in English and German is a must.
2-3 years of professional experience in an engineering company or software development company as a remote support specialist.
Experience in furniture or machine production, engineering or robotic applications is beneficial, but not mandatory.
The combination of technical know-how, interpersonal communication, a strong sense of initiative and a drive to support partner solutions will be critical.

Analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
