Your responsibilities:
Manage daily activities of maintenance dept, including employee reviews, issues and concerns of the departments’ staff.
Make decisions about in-house support versus outsourced support.
Manage and improve the Preventive Maintenance function of the department
Work with maintenance help desk to make the function more value added.
Establish budgets and goals for the department, track and report performance.
Justify new equipment, processes or techniques that will improve the performance of the company’s equipment or facility.
Develop and perform complete facility inspections, develop actions and complete all follow up required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor University Degree in Manufacturing engineering, Mechanical engineering or Production engineering;
Ability to manage and motivate a staff of employees covering many different levels
Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills
Understanding of trades, i.e.: plumbing, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC
Very Good knowledge in English language both written and spoken.
