We are looking for a professional and humanely convincing personality (m/f) for the position:Team coordinator - Mechanical designer of baking machines
Your Tasks:
Carries out required engineering tasks/projects, according to company international standards and procedures;
Performs a variety of engineering work in the initial planning and design phase of machinery, equipment, systems, and processes;
Coordinates and organizes the workflow between a company and the engineering teams;
Prepares and provides a regular reporting;
Understands customer requirements to make recommendations on design and products;
Takes ownership and responsibility for the performance of the team;
Responsible for the initial training of the new team members.
Your Education/Experience:
Mechanical Engineer (Bachelor or Master);
First leading experience or skills which can be developed further;
2 to 4 years of experience in R&D / Design-to-Order in a machine manufacturing company with 100 - 1000 employees will be considered a plus;
Language ability: English is a must or/and German will be an advantage;
Wide experience with 3D-CAD (ideally SolidWorks), SAP;
Distinct ability to work in a team.
Your personal skills:
Independent, systematic, and reliable working methods;
High level of commitment and organizational skills;
In the beginning: willing to stay in Germany for some time (2-3 months);
Willingness to travel for regular meetings in Germany 1 or 2 times per month.
