Main duties of the position:

1. Ensuring compliance with the contractual provisions of assigned projects

- Elaborating the contractual provisions of assigned projects;

- Analysing and selecting suppliers;

- Improving the selected offers, through negotiation.

2. Specification of assigned projects requirements

- Appling the strategy for implementing assigned projects;

- Agreeing and achieving on the specifications related to the needs of assigned projects.

3. Project implementation management

- Monitoring, coordinating and controlling the schedule for assigned projects;

- Approving regulatory requirements;

- Monitoring and controlling the revenues and expenses realized in the implementation for assigned projects;

- Ensuring the quality of assigned projects implementation;

- Controlling the transfer of responsibilities for assigned projects.

4. Identifying and analysing risks and specifying risk control actions for people, properties, and the environment

- Identifying the risks that may arise as a result of the activity, for people, the environment and properties;

- Selecting options and implement risk-control measures;

- Monitoring risks and analysing the effectiveness of measures to control them.

5. Orientation of the work of teams and individuals for the achievement of organizational objectives

- Approving the objectives and work plans of teams and individuals;

- Approving activities and work methods for activities and people;

- Distribution of work to teams and individuals;

- Monitoring and evaluating the work of teams and individuals;

- Providing feedback for team and individual performance.

6. Estimating resources, identifying sources and developing programs for assigned projects

- Specifying the component activities of assigned projects within a work structure;

- Specifying and estimating the resources needed for assigned projects;

- Recommending the means for procuring the resources needed for assigned projects;

- Developing programs and plans for assigned projects.

7. Ensuring operational resources for the assigned projects

- Ensuring the availability of the necessary personnel for the implementation of assigned projects;

- Providing materials, equipments and facilities for the implementation of assigned projects;

- Obtaining the necessary information for the implementation of assigned projects.

8. Verification of the application of health and safety rules at work and those related to emergency situations

- Identifying risks at work;

- Monitoring the implementation of measures related to occupational health and safety and those related to emergency situations;

- Checking compliance with emergency and evacuation procedures.

9. Monitoring the application of environmental protection norms

- Identifying environmental protection requirements;

- Monitoring the application of environmental protection measures;

- Signaling risk situations.

10. Stimulation of effective work relations

- Preventing conflicts within the team;

- Motivating team members;

- Developing collaborative relationships with interested partners.



Requirements:

- Higher Technical studies completed;

- Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating civil construction works;

- Organized person and able to keep track of several projects at the same time;

- Knowledge of MS-Office and Autocad;

- Very good technical knowledge in the field;

- Good knowledge of prices, suppliers, competition;

- Ability to analyze and synthesize information;

- The ability to work in a large team and to follow the project teams' activity;

- Motivated and results-oriented person;

- Good communication skills;

- Good planning and organization skills;

- Person passionate about the construction industry, t technologies and new ways to improve the project implementation process;

- Ability to adapt and develop in a competitive environment;

- Available for trips in the country for evaluations and monitoring of progress.
