Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and adaptable Back Office Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our content and ensuring smooth back-office and client-related operations. Our client is a global Gametech provider, offering thrilling player experiences.

Back Office Tasks:
Perform data entry and management tasks accurately.
Assist in report generation and documentation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Minimal client interactions
Content Moderation:
Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets client’s guidelines.
Identify and escalate any inappropriate content as per company policies.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve content quality.
Stay updated with latest content trends and moderation practices
Qualifications:
Excellent written skills in Bulgarian.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a back-office or customer support role will be considered as an advantage
Good command of English, both written and verbal
Due to job specifics, the role is office based, in Sofia's best business working space.
