We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious people for the positions of Technical support specialists to join in our client – one of the largest IT solution providers in the world.
Location: Sofia

Your responsibilities will be:

✓ Provide first level technical support to customers and helping them with any problems or questions they may have about the product;
✓ Make sure each phone call is documented;
✓ Treat customers in a professional positive way;
✓ Provide updates to knowledge database used by other technical support representatives with new troubleshooting information discovered in the resolution of customer calls.

Our requirements are:

✓ Eager to learn about IT;
✓ Excellent written and spoken German, Czech or Slovak and working level in English;
✓ Previous experience as a Technical support – one year is a plus;
✓ Positive attitude.
