Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist our customers by responding to their emails and handling a low volume of inbound calls. Your primary focus will be providing excellent support in German, while ensuring smooth communication in English as a secondary language. This is a remote position, so you’ll be working from the comfort of your home using a laptop. The working hours are flexible, but you must be available between 10 AM to 1 АМ, Monday to Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing timely and effective solutions.
Answer inbound calls with professionalism, addressing customer concerns.
Troubleshoot issues related to the streaming platform and offer appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in German (spoken and written) is a must.
Proficiency in English is required (B2 or Higher).
Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Availability to work flexible shifts, Monday to Sunday, from 10 AM to 1 АM.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Must have a reliable internet connection and work from home using a laptop.
