Join Sutherland – Where Your Career Soars!We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with German & English to join our team in Varna. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support mainly via chat and email.
Your Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via chat and email
Document interactions accurately in the system
Follow company procedures and guidelines
Escalate complex cases when needed
Requirements:
German (C1–C2) and English (B2)
Strong communication and computer skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Previous experience is a plus
