Sutherland is seeking a reliable and organized person to join us as Human Resource Specialist. We are agroup of energetic and driven individuals. If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you!

Main responsibilities:

• Processing of HR documentation
- New hires contract signing;
- Official letters;
- Contract addendums;
- Contract terminations.

• Document archiving:
- Monitoring of document collection and insertion in archive;

• Employee PI data maintenance:
- Monitoring of expiring IDs;

• Labor books and previous experience:
- Calculation of % base salary addition due to previous experience (BGR law);
- Fulfillment of labor books.

Our most successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to work in MS Office
• Experience with Payroll software (Aladin)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner
• Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; able to be a team-player
