Unit Manager – Construction Projects (International Scope)- София

Are you a visionary leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for managing complex infrastructure projects? We're looking for a Unit Manager-Construction projects to lead our client's construction operations, drive performance, and develop strong partnerships across international markets.


Your Key Responsibilities:
Actively acquire new contracts and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers & subcontractors.
Lead contract pricing, drafting, and negotiations in collaboration with commercial management.
Represent the company in joint ventures and negotiate construction changes, interpretations, and extensions.
Supervise project execution to meet all legal, commercial, and safety requirements.
Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiations, and contract awards.
Contribute to monthly/yearly closings, forecasting, and reporting with subdivision leadership.
Manage and mentor all technical team members in the unit.
Coordinate personnel planning, performance reviews, and staff development initiatives.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Your Profile:
University degree in Transport Infrastructure or Civil Engineering (Dipl.Eng.).
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a construction company.
Strong leadership presence and ability to inspire, motivate, and retain talent.
Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in MS Office and construction calculation tools (e.g., iTWO).
Highly committed, flexible, communicative, and results-driven.
