Understanding of application platform integration and transitions to facilitate seamless business processes.
Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements effectively.
Ability to create clear and concise functional and non-functional specifications.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex business challenges.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
Familiarity with user acceptance testing and experience in process implementation and improvement.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (such as Agile) and proficiency in using PowerPoint and Excel for data visualization and analysis.


Job Requirements:
Fluency in verbal and written communication in English.
Demonstrated proficiency in using ticketing tools, with a preference for experience in Service Now and JIRA.
Experience or familiarity with IAM platforms, particularly with Quest One Identity, would be considered an advantage.
Advanced Excel skills would be highly beneficial.
SQL knowledge would be a valuable asset.
