PS Reporting team is responsible for the end to end implementation of infrastructure, tools and scripts that will allow the provision of the required SLA and operational reporting for ES Managed accounts as well as the maintenance of the existing legacy reporting tools. It is also responsible to provide consulting on some of the reports domain and reporting tools.
You will work in a distributed environment with the PS Reporting team in EMEA, as well as the WW Engineering team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide the software maintenance and the integration of a set of applications under Project Services responsibility.
• These applications consist of SLA Reporting tools for our customers (covering ITSM, Infrastructure Availability, Performance and Capacity for customer servers), and will be enhanced with new BI solution during next year.
• Configure some of those reporting solutions for new customers.
Requirements:
• Engineering degree in Computer Science/Information systems or related field, 5 years or plus of IT experience.
• Fluent English is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Good cross-cultural team player. Used to working in international environment
• Well-organized
• 3 years of development experience
• Technical knowledge: Business Object application, QlikView, HP Executive Scorecard, MS-SQL,.Net and scripting.
• Quality Management System
• Troubleshooting and support skills
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
• Experience in servers and database set-up and management, Web tools, NW security is an advantage
