Our client - an international telecom company is looking for:

Technical Support Consultant with German / French and English languages.

You are our best candidate, if you have:
- Excellent command of French or German language;
- Working knowledge in English language;
- Technical inclination – Quick grasp of new software and hardware technology;
- Previous experience in technical support will be considered a strong advantage;
- Excellent organization and communication skills;
- Desire for professional growth.

Your role will be:
- Lead communication with customers via phone and e-mail;
- Cope up with incoming queries;
- Providing of accurate and up to date information to the clients’ requests;
- Focus on customer expectations and satisfaction;
- Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support.
