Flat Rock Technology is a full-service software development company specializing in building web based applications.

We're looking for a star Senior Digital Account Manager with a wide array of skills to join one of our client's teams, manage the existing clients & publishers as well as develop and grow both the clients’ and publishers’ base. 

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be able to work independently, managing their time effectively whilst proactively managing the existing pipelines. 


Key Accountabilities:


• Responsibility for managing current client relationships;
• Developing new business from existing clients;
• Delivering new business from prospective client list; 
• Identifying and targeting business development opportunities;
• Driving revenue and profitability; negotiating effective media buying with UK & global publishers, networks & suppliers to ensure long term commercial partnerships;
• Guiding clients through new campaign implementations; exploring the advertiser’s needs, interests and success measurements to determine the best possible campaign set up;
• Adding to and maintaining the prospect list keeping in contact with prospective clients;
• Working with senior level contacts;
• Understanding clients' business needs and working on the delivery of the clients' solutions;
• Preparing presentations for and attending client meetings;
• Ensuring project plans are on target;
• Meeting & introducing new suppliers that can add value to our current services;
• Drafting proposals for current and potential clients;
• Distribution and placement of advertiser campaigns via online channels including email, display, social and mobile marketing;
• Growing and managing teams internally;


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


• The ideal candidate is likely to be working in a digital marketing services organisation (possibly mobile) that has a wide digital service portfolio;
• Good at building strong relationships;
• Someone who is confident, has strong sales skills and experience in cold calling;
• Very digitally literate, someone who understands and has considerable experience in the current social media, digital and mobile marketing landscape;
• Passionate about digital marketing;
• Desire to succeed and grow within digital marketing;
• Strong organisation and planning skills;
• Comfortable with taking responsibility, someone who can make reasoned decisions;
