The GfK Resource Optimisation Centre (ROC) is currently expanding operations in Bulgaria and we are looking for people to join our Data Processing (DP) team as senior or junior DP specialists/programmers with QUANTUM and/or SPSS.

We are seeking DP programmers to work within the Data Processing department based at GfK ROC CR in Sofia. You will be responsible for working with data collected from market research questionnaires to provide a variety of output tables for analyses using software products that include Quantum, SPSS, etc. You will also be responsible for processing, formatting and presenting the data in accordance with our international and clients’ quality standards. Knowledge of the software is an advantage, but not necessary to apply for this job. It is essential having good understanding and handling with data, good analytical skills and ambitions to discover new programming languages and data processing skills.


Requirements:

· University Degree in Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics or related subject area

· Excellent English language skills – both written and spoken. German language is a big advantage.

· Good handling with data and good analytical skills

· Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills, ability to meet strict deadlines and manage work-related challenges are essential.

· Understanding of the market research industry would be an advantage

· Advanced knowledge of MS Office (EXCEL) necessary. Knowledge of Quantum, SPSS or other programming skills would be a big advantage.
