Key objective of the role:
The team supervisor is responsible for the smooth operation in one of the CC teams in GfK – Sofia Hub. He/she organizes, coordinates and controls the team members and takes part in solving complex issues. The supervisor is expected to provide support to his/her team, to motivate and assure that the company goals are met in timely and professional manner. 
Main responsibilities:

Forecast and execute recruitment plan of the team;
Prepare the training plan regarding the need of the team;
Give feedback to the team members;
Monitor the team’s performance and suggest improvement plan and activities to excel the results and increase motivation;
Communicate with the internal customers in his/her area;
Report to senior management;
Administrative tasks related to the position. 

“MUST HAVE” knowledge and experience:

Previous experience on managerial role in the industry – at least 1.5 years (marketing, outsourcing or other relevant);
Bachelor's degree in related area;
Very good command of English language – written and spoken;
MS office required (Excel, PowerPoint).

Outstanding leader able to communicate at all levels;
Self-driven and responsible person with ability to adhere to deadlines;
Analytical thinker able to deal with stressful situations;
Decision maker with high sense of diplomacy;
Customer oriented and expert in his/her area of knowledge

Considered an advantage:

Very good understanding of the business
Strong knowledge in the area of IT, Automotive, Do it yourself products, Major Domestic Appliances or Small Domestic Appliances;
Second EU language
