I am happy to consider you for our new shop position as a Sale manager and customer relations IT technician at Vip Consult IT Center.



Our brief history:
The shop was established in 2005 by me - Kraisimir Georgiev and my wife - Kraisimira Georgieva as Computer and laptop repairs and sales. In 2010 Plamen Petrov joined our team and stayed with us since then.
The shop is partitioned in 2. The front is where we meet the customers and take orders and the back is where we do all repairs.


Slowly the shop evolved in a complete IT Centar to cover all IT needs for any small or medium business.
This includes:
Security System: CCTV , alarms
Repairs: PC , Apple , iPad , iPhone
Support : Windows , Linux Servers and networking
Telecommunication : VOIP Phone systems – just launched this service.
Website Services: development, design and hosting.

Now we are specialized in many IT areas and my next goal to connect with more local companies.

Now I need someone to take care of all our current customers and find ways to connect with more small and medium business to offer our services to.
Currently we support around 10 local companies and would like to see this number grow. As a motivation the wages for this position will be strictly affected by the shop income so the more customers and businesses we have the higher the wages.

Job Position

Answer the phone: prepare quotes, give info about status of repair etc.

Talk to customers in the shop when leaving or collecting a repair.

Taking orders for CCTV, ALARMS, Websites, Phone systems.

Order parts, new stock and stationaries

Monitor repairs and take decisions to resolve any problems.
Help with the repairs in the shop or any other project when needed.
Manages the jobs to be executed quickly and efficiently (good price for the customer, good profit for us, completed in least time possible).
Update the website with latest case studies.

Create IT Articles and print them for the shop – computer safety, computer care advices .

Finds alternative solution for difficult situations.
If job takes too long, don’t spend anymore time, but find an alternative.
Always find the best solution for the customer, good profit for us without consuming too much time.


Find new ways to advertise and connect with local companies.

Reply to emails and live chat from website.

We also do national repairs (currently only few per month) so the job will involve - book courier collections, sending invoices for the repair and arrange the return after the invoices has been paid.

When needed help with repairs, cctv and alarms installations


Payment Terms

Holiday:
first Year - 6 working days
second Year – 12 working days
third Year and after – 18 working days
+ bonus - around 6 working days around Christmas

Working hours:
Mon- Fri : 10am-6pm
Sat : 10am-2pm
30min brake except Saturday

The wages are after any tax - NET amount !
Wages - £600 + (£300-£400) bonuses based on the shop profit.
Current shop profit will allow £300-£400 bonuses per month, but this is only the starting salary . any additional customer that starts using our services will bring additional bonuses to your salary.
So the better you are at your job the higher the wages.

We own a big house next to the shop and Plamen and his wife live with us in this house. We have a spare luxury room with BG tv and internet, so you can either stay there or find your own accommodation. The price for the room is £300 per month for one person or £440 for a couple.
