We are looking for developers with good skills in Ruby and Ruby on Rails, meaning that you are confident in these, but you are still eager to learn and also willing to share your knowledge with your colleagues. You will work in a friendly team, with great people-oriented atmosphere and nice projects.

YOU NEED TO HAVE:

- good people skills
- patience and empathy to listen, understand and communicate with others
- a sense of humor
- excellent knowledge and experience in Ruby and Ruby on Rails;
- good knowledge and experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, XML
- good knowledge and experience in database development and design (mainly MySQL and Postgres)
- good command of English
- experience in team-based projects
- internal drive to achieve and succeed.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE (but if not we’ll be still interested):

- knowledge of JQuery, Prototype, json
- experience with automated testing
- experience with Amazon Web Services
- knowledge in MS SQL
- experience with client communication

YOUR JOB WILL BE:

- to develop, maintain, and innovate on web and back-end systems
- to create from small to enterprise scale solutions using Ruby on Rails
- to interact with clients during requirements gathering, design, testing, and support stages of projects
- to share your knowledge with your Colleagues. Active sharing of the know-how in the field is in the interest of both yourself and our company.
