Matrix Global a global IT company with development centers around the globes (US, Israel, Bulgaria, Macedonia, China and more) looking for our Bulgarian company for an experienced HR Coordinator :

Primary Role:
Prior experience in recruitment for IT company in the Bulgarian market.
Past experience for managing recruitment cycle.
Ability to conduct interview to potential candidates over the phone.
Ability to conduct Face to face interview.
Past experience working with recruitment agency.
Past experience working with social networks (linkedin, facebook etc)
Past experience conducting negotiation with candidate.


Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ Experience as an HR coordinator

Familiarity with the world of social networking

Good level of English communication skills
