COMMERCIAL DATA ANALYST

Responsibilities would include:
• identifying inefficient and not scalable processes between departments
• simplifying existing processes and improving their efficiency
• creating system solutions to make existing and often manual processes automated and scalable
• Process training and post implementation reporting on impact
Assisting with ERP development andimplementation:
• Liaising with relevant Departments to identify software development needs and working with software developer and the Business Analysis Manager to help ensure work is carried out smoothly, efficiently and in line with specification agreed on
• Liaising with sofa.com Departments to ensure UAT testing is performed in a timely manner and all relevant feedback is passed on to the developer
• Working closely with all members of relevant departments to help implement software changes in the daily processes and procedures
• Training team members on the changes being implemented
• Post implementation analysis and support
• Project managing implementation of a new ERP solution according to specification across the entire sofa.com group
Commercial / Operational reporting / data quality:
• monitoringdata quality
• development and implementation of systems for automatic reporting
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis

• The candidates must:
• Be fluent in English
• Have 6-18 months experience in Business Analysis (software / technical field preferred)
• Have passion for business, and commercial acumen
• Be entrepreneurial self-starter, and work well in a team
• Be well acquainted with MS Office; excel in particular
Some experience in a start-up, self-employment, or e-commerce environment would be a bonus.
