•             Define,
design, develop, deploy and support of configuration in CUSTOMER applications
environments for the assigned Country and technical areas to provide optimum
compliance with client business rules and contract.

•             Formulate
scope, objectives, plans and deliverables for assignment.

•             Define
business requirements, document system requirements and support change
management.

•             Coordinate
and collaborates with others in analyzing collected requirements to ensure
plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations. 

•             Interact
with the client to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical
context and organizational strategic direction.

•             Work
with client representatives, project management, business analysts, technical
teams and other team members in the development, testing and support of
solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the
organization.

•             Develop
appropriate implementation, testing, support and customer documentation.
Support all aspects of the business cycle including proposals, implementations
and on-going maintenance.

•             Resolve
business and/or technical problems utilizing approved methodologies, tools and
processes in managing, delivering, and measuring the contracted services.

•             Respond
to functional application questions and escalates as appropriate.

 

•             Analyze/interpret
requirements - Work with business planners, Portfolio Management, suppliers,
and technical personnel to fully understand the business requirements and map
these requirements to specific technologies and configuration/implementation
capabilities.

•             Articulate
HP services for client needs

•             Configure
CUSTOMER Local Applications - Perform CUSTOMER Corporate & Local
Applications system configuration for respective functional area

•             Define
the business requirements to establish and maintain a common understanding with
the client of the requirements to be addressed by the project. Identify, model,
and document the customer's affected and unaffected business functions

•             Deliver
CUSTOMER Local Applications training - Provide training in conjunction with the
rollout of new processes, procedures, systems, software, tools, and updated
versions

•             Develop
test scenarios incorporating optimal test sequencing and based on systematic
test design techniques as specified for each test level in the Enterprise
Testing Method

•             Maintain
system & process documentation - Maintain documentation, keeping system and
associated business process documentation aligned and current. Distribute
updates to the client and internal HP staff

•             Provide
mentoring, ensure a proper HP Back-up is maintained

•             Serve
as a subject matter expert (SME) - Provide subject matter expertise regarding
such areas as industries, industry segments, clients, organizational functions,
processes, performance indicators, applications, technical environments, or
individual technologies

•             Perform
Incident Management services – in accordance to CUSTOMER standards

•             Perform
Problem Management services – in accordance to CUSTOMER standards

 

Requirements:

·        
Senior level SAP knowledge in the FICO, SD, PP
areas with great than 6 years supporting clients in specific skills and
demonstrated performance as a Functional Business Analyst

·        
Ability to support non-SAP applications as a
Functional Business Analyst

·        
Ability to translate Customer Requirements to
SAP Technical support requirements

·        
Knowledge of the Brewery IT business with Serbia
or Bulgaria

·        
Business Analyst skills to perform ITIL Incident
and Problem Management production support activities

·        
Excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal and possess the ability to speak in Local language of Serbia and
Bulgaria, as well as, English

·        
Ability to perform in a matrix team environment
and work remotely

·        
Ability to perform on-call activities afterhours
if required
