We are looking for high motivated individuals opened to a Network Operations Center position in an international technical operations support environment.The NCC Operator shall have significant telecommunications and computing expertise, availability to operate in a team and to work in shift (16/7 service from 6.00 am to 22.00 pm).
Responsibilities
• Monitoring and maintenance for systems and networks to ensure the availability to all system users.
• Maintain an accurate status of the hardware and configuration of each device in production.
• Closely monitor system performance using existing tools and run diagnostic tests to detect any anomalies and non-standard system behavior.
• Receive and act on Service Desk trouble tickets for any problems related to the NCC.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures in an effort to resolve problems.
• Follow incident, request fulfillment and problem management processes to contact and escalate problems.
• Follow the incident resolution also coordinating internal or external service providers.
• Record a daily incidents and events report.
Skills and Experience
• ICT network knowledge (TCP/IP, switching, routing)
• Valid Cisco CCNA certification
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification
• minimum of three (3) years relevant experience
