Holidays: 28 (incl. 8 Bank holidays)
Office Location: Central London (Zone 1)
Company size: small (40+ people)
Main responsibility
Supporting, developing and testing of various administrative interfaces, integration with non-standard third-party APIs, company website and apps.
The ideal candidate
Will have all the required professional skills, a few preferable, ability to work and integrate with young colleagues, 3+ years of experience within the field and the willingness to learn and adapt for new technologies and trends.
Required professional skills and expertise (prioritized)
1. PHP 5.3 and newer
2. OOP and MVC design pattern expertise
3. MySQL 5.x and newer
4. Experience with JQuery 1.x and newer
5. Experience with/understanding of RPC, SOAP, REST and server to server communication protocols and concepts
Will be an advantage to
• Speak well English language
• Know GIT revision control system
• Have professional experience with a major PHP MVC framework (Zend Framework, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.)
• Be experienced with AngularJS
• Have basic networking knowledge/training (e.g. CCNA) or similar professional experience
• Have worked/integrated projects with Email Service Providers, CDN and/or Affiliate networks
• Understand Linux and server Operating Systems on a basic level
• Have done mobile apps in JAVA or Objective-C/Swift
