Our Client is an international company operating in the the web hosting branch. They are currently seeking to employ dedicated and self-organized people for their Plovdiv office and are currently hiring for the key position of: 

Senior Technical Support 

Responsibilities: 

The Senior Technical Support will communicate with a selected group of company Customers and will assist them in resolving various problems they might experience with their services. 

Requirements: 

• Fluent written English.

• Dedication and will to improve knowledge.

• Self-motivation and discipline.

• Team Attitude.

• Ability to work on diverse (including overnight) shifts

• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Linux based production environments

• Experience in the field of web hosting (on a previous job or gained through personal projects)

• Knowledge of cPanel/WHM suite and its architecture

• Knowledge in the area of server virtualization
