Xogito Group is currently recruiting an experienced person to join our innovative Quality Engineering Department at the position of:

SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

Purpose of the role
As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer you will handle the entire QA process for a project. The focus in your daily activity will be to implement and improve Quality Assurance and Software Development practices

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the creation, maintenance and execution of the tests related to the entire project
- Responsible for the creation, maintenance and execution of automated test cases where feasible
- Responsible for generation of a product report including defect rate, test coverage, execution details
- Creates and maintain a Test Plan
- Participation in hiring and training for new people

Required Experience & Knowledge
Essential
- 5+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Experience with JavaScript
- Experience with HTML
- Experience with test cases management systems
- Experience with Bug tracking tools
- Experience with test automation tools
- Strong understanding of most common QA Terms & Practices – Types of tests such as: Sanity functionality, Regression, STD/ TestCase creation and running, Bug Life Cycle
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle From the requirement until production
- Experience in programming with the following languages: Java, C#, Python
- Experience in non functional testing like: Security, Performance, Stress

Advantages

- Experience with the following tools: JIRA, Test Link, Sikuli
- Understanding of OOP principles, data structures and algorithms

Required Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English language both verbal and written
