Key Responsibilities:
• In this role you will form part of the CRM team responsible of ensuring the smooth running of all production and test applications and systems. You will maintain the CRM platform; manage subscriber lifecycle workflows; plan and implement CRM and operational projects; implement performance and logical enhancements to OS, middleware, applications and integration layers; troubleshoot, prioritise & perform post-mortem analysis on issues/faults for root cause identification and correction and performing black/grey-box identification. You will also act as a reference point on new/current technologies including Operating Systems, middleware, High Availability, load-balancing and clustering techniques.
• Candidates should hold a degree in ICT or Engineering. You should also be experienced in supporting Java applications and Apache Tomcat and in maintaining Windows OS and Linux/UNIX OS (Red Hat, Cent OS, Oracle Linux, Solaris) and Shell scripting. You will have a working knowledge of Oracle/MySQL/MS-SQL schema administration and PL/SQL development is essential. Java/C development will be considered an asset. Candidates must have very good analytical and communication skills with an ability to work on own initiative.
These tasks and duties shall be performed according to the Company or supplier Standard Operating Procedures, and the Company Manual.
