To ensure the expansion of our service delivery center in Sofia we are looking for business to business support specialists, who will help the customers of one of the biggest online payment platforms in the world, offering a fully integrated suite of payment products. Our client is in the Forbes 50 list of the most innovative companies in Fintech and also recognized as the most highly valued private fintech company in the US.

Your main tasks:

Manage inbound leads as the first point of contact for many new and growing businesses interested in our client’s products
Handle the full sales cycle through onboarding new users
Engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including CTO, COO, and CFO
Have an understanding of the buyer journey and lead short, single stakeholder deals as well as complex multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner
Build value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge
Develop and implement strategies for driving product adoption and client retention at scale among existing customers
Solve complex client needs and work across sales, risk, and operations teams to improve our product
Manage contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations with customers
Retain and increase revenue and market share with existing accounts

Our requirements:

Excellent level of French and fluency in English
Tech-savvy
1 year in payment products support or 2+ years of sales or prospecting experience, preferably at a technology company/account
Experience in a client-facing role within a growing organisation
Ability to understand APIs and build great relationships with technical customers
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, and translate them into industry- or business-relevant terms
Analytical ability to manage complex pricing and cost considerations.
A knack for working well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
Motivation and flexibility to adapt in an environment where things change quickly
Superior verbal and written communication skills
